Mission:  CHAMBERLAIN CUBS:  Cultivates, Unique, Balanced, Successful Students

 

Vision:  We envision that our school will provide a creative, positive and safe learning environment where we cultivate students so that they will be able to thrive as humans, achieve, and be college and career ready.  We will set high standards for achievement and behavior of students as well as teachers.  Students, parents, staff, and the community will work as a partnership to foster learning.

 

 

 

 

Goal 1:

 

Successmaker Goal: Students in the school will show an average of 0.6 growth by the end of the year (2023-24) in Successmaker Reading and Math. (Class Average)

 

Performance Measure:  SuccessMaker

 

Strategy:  Reading and Math Instructional Strategy

Action Steps:

Goal 3:

 

Social Emotional Learning Goal:  At least ten students will improve in the area of Emotion Regulation by the end of the year on the Panorama Wellness Survey.

 

Performance Measure:  Panorama Survey

 

Strategy:  Second Steps Lessons

Action Steps:

·       Guidance Instruction

·       Monitoring and Supervision of Developmental Guidance Curriculum

 

Strategy:  Panorama Strategies

Action Steps: 

·       Increase the amount of students who are able to pull themselves out of a bad mood.

·       Master schedule with time for the counselor to teach coping strategies to each class.  Also, time in the counselor’s schedule to meet with small groups or with individual students who need help in this or any other area.
